Hi, my name is Liwen Cao, preferred as Scarlett. I was born and raised in China and have been in the US over 8 years. I am the Sous Chef at our restaurant, and my love for cooking comes from a belief that food is one of the most meaningful ways to connect with people. I work closely with the Head Chef to support menu development, kitchen operations, and daily service, while also mentoring the team to maintain consistency and high standards.
Hi, my name is Keoni Osada. I was raised in Hawaii my entire life and have recently started my journey here in Las Vegas. As the dining room manager it is in my heart to serve and create memories. I don't see hospitality as a career, nor a way of making money. To me hospitality is a way of living, it's the way I was taught and raised to serve and create joy for others. With several years now in the industry, I apply my experience and knowledge into every position and opportunity I am given to make an impact, whether it is someone's special anniversary date night, or even growing in my own position as a leader. I find a lot of joy in enjoying time with my family, and passing the time on the golf course with friends.
